HOME CONSULTATION PACKAGES

Kate’s empathises and understands how personal and emotional each individual’s sleep journey is. On entering your home, you will have the immediate comfort, support and reassurance with Kate to sit down in the comfort of your own home, face to face and discuss your baby’s safe sleep journey.
 
Prior to Kate’s arrival in-home visit Kate would have sent you a comprehensive sleep questionnaire to fill out. Kate will then have a full sleep analysis and history of your baby or young child before the initial in-home consultation. 
​1 HOUR IN-HOME CONSULTATION

  • Together we will go over your baby’s or child’s sleep assessment form thoroughly.
  • Look at the sleep environment of your baby or child. 
  • We will discuss their sleeping patterns. You will have an understanding of how much sleep your baby needs? How long can they be awake for?
  • Understand your baby or child’s temperament.
  • Look at age appropriate developmental stages and milestones. 
  • Promote and understand healthy safe sleep techniques.
  • Manageable and achievable settling techniques.
  • Provide realistic goals that you want to achieve, respecting and reflecting your own parenting style and beliefs. 
  • A personalised bespoke sleep assessment, reflecting your parental values with achievable goals.
  • A feeding and sleeping log for you to maintain, highlighting your baby or child’s sleeping and feeding patterns.
  • Questions and tips for future sleep.
  • 2 follow up phone calls and email support to be used over 2 weeks (from date of consultation.)

3 HOUR IN-HOME CONSULTATION
 
This package is really supportive to parents and caregivers who would like to have a longer time with Kate in the comfort of their own home. Over the 3-hour period Kate will be able to observe, offer guidance and advice, be hands on when required, but really get to know the parents or care giver and child. Kate will understand their parenting style, working together to form achievable goals and outcomes for the child.

  • We will discuss their sleeping patterns. You will have an understanding of how much sleep your baby needs? How long can they be awake for?

VIDEO CALLING PACKAGE 
 
Up to 60 minuets call time - this package is helpful and supportive to parents and caregivers who want face to face contact with Kate and live further afield in New Zealand or Internationally.
 
Prior to Kate’s scheduled Video calling (e.g. Face time/Zoom) consultation. Kate would have sent you a comprehensive emailed questionnaire to fill out. Kate will then have a full sleep analysis and history of your baby or young child prior to the Video calling consultation.

  • We will discuss the sleep environment of your baby or child.

Consultation fees are to be paid in FULL prior to your consultation.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if given less that 24 hours’ notice.
