Kate Watson is a qualified baby and young infant sleep consultant. She is a mother to four children and began her career as a registered nurse with over 15 years’ experience, before creating Sleeping Baby.
Like so many new parents, Kate has experienced the exhaustion and questioning of what to do next! She understands how lack of sleep can be detrimental to our physical health, growth and development, state of mind and wellbeing.
At Sleeping Baby Kate will work side by side with you, helping establish safe, healthy sleep for your family and care givers. She can offer you support, provide you with tools to implement, and knowledge to get your baby or young infant sleeping better. Kate works with babies from 8 weeks old up to children of 3 years old.
Working together, Kate will provide you with personal, individualised tailored sleep packages, respectful of your parenting style and empathetic in approach to care. She can offer you advice and together, you can develop realistic and achievable goals through gentle strategies and techniques to help you and your baby on their sleep journey.
